Due to Covid-19 restrictions on large gatherings, the job fair is being held as a virtual event. This online event also makes the job fair more accessible to job seekers throughout the province who may not be able to travel to Saskatoon.

If you have not heard back from an employer one week after the application deadline, it is appropriate to follow up with an email or phone call. Remember you always want to be professional and polite, so it is fine to say something like “I submitted an application at the WEconnect Virtual Job Fair for [name of position] with your organization, and I am just following up to see if you have made any decisions yet on who you would like to interview?”

Your IS/FOSS number (or PR number) is required by our funders, in order to verify the number of permanent residents in Saskatchewan who are accessing our services.

Newcomers to Saskatoon are able to access our services.

It is for all Saskatchewan residents seeking employment.

You will be able to chat with any active employers online. With a click of a button, you can begin engaging with the employer in private or public chatrooms.

You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet.

You can only have one resume uploaded at a time. However, during the event, you can edit and upload other resumes.
